September 19 in Gorynych - festival "Big Russian Wine".

The program includes a tasting of more than 30 wines from 12 Russian winemakers and a lively conversation about how to choose and taste wine. Gastronomy from the chef - you will learn how different snacks change the taste and aroma of the drink. You will see a spectacular master class on sabrage and you will be able to try to open sparkling wine with a saber. A DJ set, gifts and a fiery sunset will add excitement to the wine evening.

On August 19, Apple Savior is traditionally celebrated - the time of the new apple harvest. In “Gorynych” they translated this tradition into their own way and put together a special menu where the apple appears in various dishes and drinks - from smoked beef ribs and pizza to desserts and cocktails.
 
On the menu:
- smoked beef ribs with apple;
- pizza “Dolce” with honey apples;
- dumplings with apple and sour cream;
- charlotte with ice cream;
- cocktail “Plumed Apple”: apple, lime, osmanthus, vodka;
- non-alcoholic cocktail “Ring of Summer”: apple, lime.

From August 5 to 9, Gorynych will host an oyster feast in honor of International Oyster Day.

On July 7, Gorynych celebrates Ivan Kupala Day - one of the brightest summer Slavic holidays. 

From 18:00 guests will enjoy a fiery DJ set, and at 19:00 a master class on weaving Kupala wreaths starts. 

On this day, the bar team will present guests with a special cocktail “Ivan Kupala” in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. 

At the center of the holiday:
